O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention, dated 15.04.2017 in Detention Order No.29/BCDFGISSSV/2017, detaining her son as "Goonda", as contemplated under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of dangerous activities of Bootleggers, Cyber Law Offenders, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Sexual-Offenders, Slum-grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982). https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.2808, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 14.06.2017, and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, the petition is dismissed.
