ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul has sent a letter dated 24.01.2019 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, seeking further six months time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.339 of 2018 on the ground that the third accused, who is in Kannur Prison in Kerala State, has not been produced for the past three hearings.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ascertained and submitted that the third accused was confined at Central Prison, Salem as remanded prisoner.

3.Therefore, there is no legal impediment to dispose of the case in S.C.No.339 of 2018. Hence, I am inclined to extend the time for a further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
