Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to rectify the entry and error made during UDR survey register in connection with the petitioner's land in Survey No.84 situated at Karaiyappatti Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukottai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2022 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner alleges that in respect of the petition mentioned land, an error was committed during UDR survey. He wants the same to be corrected.

3. The first respondent is competent to effect such corrections. The first respondent shall enquire into the petition mentioned representation and after due enquiry, shall pass orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction to the first respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
