[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking for a direction upon the respondent - Police to produce his daughter namely, Keerthika aged 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Though intially the detenue went along with her father / petitioner, subsequently, she joined with the fourth respondent and therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the same may be recorded the habeas corpus petition may be closed.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition is closed. In the event the detenue requires her educational certificates etc., for pursuing her further education, the petitioner is directed to handover the same to her and extend full co-operation as he is the father of the detenue.
