ORDER

The Civil Revision is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.1331 of 2017 in O.S.No.149 of 2007, dated 09.08.2018 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 22.02.2024. On 22.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 07.03.2024 under the caption for dismissal. Even today, (i.e.,07.03.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
