[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.R.Venkatesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking direction upon the respondents to produce her son, namely, Aathiparameshwaran, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

3. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu and she states that the detenu / her son has been kept in solitary confinement in the fourth respondent - Borstal School.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the respondent Police, submitted that the petitioner's son has been detained under Act 14 and as of now, he is confined in Central Prison, Trichy and not in solitary confinement.
