ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to strictly instruct the second respondent police for not to harass the petitioner by way of enquiry in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to the money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, the petitioner made a complaint dated 11.05.2021 to the respondent police. The grievance of the petitioner is that, till date, no action has been taken by the respondent police. Hence, the present petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Whatever might be the circumstances, the respondent police are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.05.2021 by following the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
