ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.49 of 2020, dated 17.02.2020, on the file of the 1st respondent Police, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b) and 307 of IPC.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.49 of 2020, final report has been filed and the petitioner's name has been deleted from the said final report.
