The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the Respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2022 and to grant permission to conduct a procession of decorated car of Lord Rama in Kulithalai town on 01.05.2022 at 09.00am. 2.It is seen that the petitioner has given a representation on 20.04.2022 to the respondents in person seeking permission for conducting the said procession.
