Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records from the respondents relating to the impugned orders of suspension passed by the fourth respondent dated 1.3.2023 and further extension of orders of suspension passed by first respondent dated 28.08.2023 and 27.11.2023 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service and to pass consequential service benefits and monetary benefits like back wages including arrears of subsistence allowances within the reasonable time. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension dated 01.03.2023.

2. A perusal of the writ petition would indicate that the petitioner has filed the writ petition on 26.03.2025 and he had paid the Court fees on 25.04.2025.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner was dismissed from service on 17.03.2025. Since the petitioner was dismissed on 17.03.2025, the challenge to the order of the suspension, cannot be held to be maintainable. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dimissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of dismissal, if so adviced. No Costs.
