RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)..4890/2023 dt 15.03.2023. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VEERAPANDI.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4890 of 2023, dated 15.03.2023.

2.By an order of this Court, dated 15.03.2023, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition only one day and thereafter, he has failed to complied with the conditions as directed by this Court.

4.In view of the above fact that the petitioner has not complied with the direction imposed by this Court properly, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court, dated 15.03.2023.

5.Hence, this petition is dismissed.
