O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue necessary direction to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2025 in CSR No. 351/2025 and her representation dated 21.03.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, she is the wife of the deceased Periyannan, who died in a suspicious manner. In this regard, she has sent a complaint on 16.03.2025 before the respondent police. Though CSR No.351/2025 has been assigned, no FIR has been registered. Therefore, she sent another representation on 21.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that due to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner and her husband lived separately. Her husband was residing with his sister and due to his illness, he took treatment for more than 3 months, thereafter, he died. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a complaint on 16.03.2025. On receipt of the same, the respondent police has assigned CSR No.351/2025 and the same is under enquiry. Again, 2/5

the petitioner has sent another representation on 21.03.2025, thereafter, the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry. If she appears before the respondent police and produce the relevant documents, they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action within a period of 15 days. 4.Considering the prayer of the petitioner and recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court hereby direct the petitioner to appear before the 2nd respondent for enquiry along with relevant documents available with her on 12.04.2025, thereafter, the 2nd respondent shall conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.

5.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
