[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] Heard Mr.A.Sankararamasubramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Ravi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

2.The petitioner has come forward with this Habeas Corpus Petition for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to secure her husband viz., M.Venkatesh, aged about 35 years, from the illegal custody of the third respondent, produce him before this Court and set him at liberty.

H.C.P.(MD) No.742 of 2021 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the petitioner and the detenu, who appeared before this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office, that now both of them re-joined and are living happily. 4.In the light of the above said statement, we are of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition and hence, the same is closed.
