O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 07.06.2018 to the first respondent and to conduct fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired by the respondent police and the same has been registered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Crime No.104 of 2018 on 01.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 435, 429 and 506(2) IPC. The copy of the said First Information Report is also produced before this Court.

3.Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
