The petitioner has approached this Court that the second respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the respondents have conducted a petition enquiry as against this petitioner in CSR Nos.179 and 187 of 2024 and the same is now closed on 03.04.2024. Hence there is no necessity for any enquiry and they are not harassing the petitioner.
