The petitioner seeks limited relief of expeditious disposal of his appeal pending with the 1st respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. Aggrieved by the order of the 2nd respondent issuing patta to the 3rd respiration, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent. Admittedly, even according to the petitioner, the 1st respondent has commenced enquiry proceedings and hearing was also held on 17.03.2025.
4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to conclude the enquiry proceedings, after hearing all the interested parties and pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal in Na.Ka.A3/435/2025, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
