O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct second respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb based on the representation dated 27.07.2020. 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.182 of 2020. He would further submit that during the time of enquiry, it is found that the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent is civil in nature. Hence, both of them suitably instructed to approach the Civil Court and thereafter, the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed.

3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

Crl.O.P.[MD]No.8076 of 2020 4.In the said circumstances, in the absence of any complaint on the file of the second respondent, it is not appropriate to give direction for giving police protection to the petitioner. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
