O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents herein to transfer the enquiry of the petitioner's complaint from the file of the fourth respondent herein to any other competent officer on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2016 and on the basis of the direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2840 of 2016, dated 18.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.127 of 2016 has been registered by the respondent police for the offences under Section 147, 448, 294(b), 506(i), 406, 420, 465 and 379(NP) I.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
