ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, both the learned counsels for the petitioner and the respondent appeared before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit, out of which, the revision arises, has been dismissed as early as on 30.10.2019. Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
