ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the Representation given by the petitioner, dated 19.06.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to the civil dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the defacto complainant has given a complaint against the petitioner and the same is purely civil in nature, but the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner has not co-operated for an enquiry. If the petitioner co-operates with the enquiry, the said enquiry will be completed within two weeks.

4.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
