ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.03.2016.
2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.443 of 2016 under Sections 406 and 408 IPC by the second respondent Police.
3.Though it is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case ought to have been registered under Section 380 IPC and not under Sections 406 and 409 IPC, it should be raised only before the appropriate forum.
