ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son, detenu namely Eswaran, S/o.Murugan aged about 27 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that Eswaran, the alleged detenu has returned home. It is reported that Eswaran has contracted inter-caste marriage and therefore, he apprehends threat to his life. If that is so, Eswaran and his wife are directed to approach the respondent police for protection and on they giving representation, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law.

3. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
