COMMON ORDER Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. In all these writ petitions the petitioners are seeking for a Mandamus directing the concerned respondent to regularize their service seniority and give notional promotion with monetary benefits equal to the post of Sub Inspector of Police. It appears that in all these cases, the petitioners have already made individual representations and therefore it is for the respondents 2 and 3 to consider those representations of the petitioners and pass orders on the same.

5. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of without expressing any view on the merits and the contentions raised by the petitioners, only with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider those representations of the petitioners respectively and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
