O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to conduct the departmental enquiry and to take the appropriate action against the second and third respondents for wilfully intention to escape Marimuthu from in C.S.R.No.88 of 2022 issued on 13.02.2022 to the second respondent.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent on 17.03.2022 and 26.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD). No.8948 of 2022 issuing notice to the petitioner, second and third respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
