ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.412 of 2022 on the 1/4

file of the second respondent in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case and based on his complaint, the present FIR has been registered. However, without conducting proper investigation the case is still pending. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 412 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 420,120(B),294(b) and 506(i) of IPC. The investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court.

4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
