ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) The petitioner who is the mother of the detenue has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition stating that her minor daughter is in the illegal custody of the third respondent.

2.The respondent police produced the detenue before us. When we questioned the detenue, she stated that she had gone to Nagercoil on her volition to attend a marriage and she wants to go along with her mother and her only apprehension is that the parents may not allow her to pursue her studies. We have also questioned the petitioner who has agreed that she will take all efforts to educate her daughter.
