Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent dated 27.08.2021. I went through the contents of the representation. W.P.(MD)No.10854 of 2022 the petition mentioned pathway is a common pathway or the petitioner's exclusive pathway, cannot be decided by the revenue authorities. The petitioner has to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. No direction as sought for in this writ petition can be granted. I have not gone into the merits of the matter . All the contentions of the petitioner are left open.
