This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.1154 of 2026 in Crl.A(MD) No.1196 of 2025, dated 27.01.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to report before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Andipatti, on every alternate Monday of the English Calendor month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
