There was no representation for the revision petitioner, when the revision petition was listed on 15.09.2020. Though the revision petition was directed to be posted under the caption "for orders" on 22.09.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner or no one is connected to the Video Conference to represent the learned Counsel for the petitioner or the revision petitioner. Finding that the revision petition itself is directed against the order dismissing the petition filed by the revision petitioner to issue summon to the Tahsildar, who granted patta, this Court is of the view that there is no merit in the revision petition and directed the Registry to post the matter on 24.09.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". 2.Despite this revision petition is listed today under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option, but to dismiss this revision petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there is no order as to costs.
