[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that the subject land is being utilized as a playground for the benefit of the children in the locality concerned and no building has been constructed in the subject land.
