In the said investigation, the petitioner, namely, Sivasubramani gave a written letter to the effect that no further investigation is necessary by the respondent police. Based on the said letter, a final report has also been filed by the respondent police before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on 15.06.2015. 2.In view of this development, nothing survives in both the Criminal Original Petitions. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
