ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirapalli in Cr.M.P No.1604 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021.

2. The learned District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirapalli after considering the merits of the case and the role played by the accused had passed the order. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition.

3. Hence the petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
