O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 from threatening and coercing the petitioner to vacate the house premises situated in No.137/160, Ram Nagar 7th Street, S.S.Colony, Madurai. 2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has given up relief as against the third respondent and notice sent to the fourth respondent has been returned unserved with an endorsement 'door locked'.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondents 1 and 2 submitted that there will be no harassment to the petitioner to vacate the premises by the second respondent.

4. The petitioner is satisfied with the said statement and the same is recorded.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

6. Taking note of the submission made on behalf of the second respondent that there will no harassment to the petitioner to vacate the premises, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
