O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to issue patta in Petitioner's favour in respect of the property in S.Nos.23/1L, 35/4A and 76/23J for an extent of 0.20.50, 0.15.50 and 0.45.50 hectares situated at T.Edaiyaptti Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District on the basis of the Petitioner's representation, dated 13.04.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The Pettitioner herein claims himself right over the property under registered settlement deed executed by his father 2/5

on 8.7.2021. Based on the above said document, the Petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents seeking issuance of patta.The same has not been considered so far, Hence the Petitioner has come forward with the present Writ petition. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader, who appears for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner,this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioners, dated 13.04.2022 and pass orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and third respondent, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
