ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the rowdy list in H.S.No.127 of 2022 maintained by the fourth respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2024.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has submitted his representation only on 09.02.2024 and the same would be placed for re-consideration in the next review meeting, which is scheduled to be conducted in the month of June or July, 2024.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner in the next review meeting. No costs.
