This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has been added as accused No.5 in Cr.No.105 of 2018, dated 17.06.2018, for the offence punishable under Section 364(A) of IPC.
