ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.02.2016 and to file the final report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.02.2016, enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed on 16.03.2016, as both parties have amicably settled the issue.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to send the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
