O R D E R

The petitioner has moved application seeking admission to three years LLB Course with the respondent University under Application No.A31502548. In doing so, she has wrongly entered her total marks as 1126 instead of 1681 out of 2600 and entered her percentage as 62.555 instead of 64.654 in the coding sheet. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the third phase of counseling of admission has been conducted on 07.10.2015 and the cut-off mark for MBC candidates was fixed as 64.740. The fourth phase is to be conducted on 26.10.2015. If the correct marks of the petitioner are taken into consideration, she would be called for the fourth phase of counseling and gain admission to the Law Degree. The representation of the petitioner, dated 09.10.2015, has gone unheeded. Hence, the prayer for consideration of her correct marks while preparing the list of candidates for the fourth phase of counseling.

2. I have heard Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of Mr.Alagarsamy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University on the above submission. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
