ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the statutory appeal pending on the file of the third respondent. The petitioner has sought for cancellation of the patta, which is standing in the names of the respondents 5 to 7.

2.Heard Mrs.A.Banumathy, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. 3.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents, if the petitioner's statutory appeal filed by the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.8696 of 2022 disposed of by the third respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, the respondents 5 to 7 and any other necessary party, whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire. 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 23.02.2022 seeking for cancellation of the patta standing in the name of the respondents 5 to 7, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, the respondents 5 to 7 and any other necessary party, whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
