ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, 1/3

Sivagangai District twice at 10.30 am and 5.00 pm for a period of one month in Crl.M.P.No.741 of 2025, dated 18.03.2025 as to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram.

2. Heard Mr.T.A.Ebenezer learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent - Police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, Sivagangai District in Crl.M.P.No.741 of 2025, dated 18.03.2025.

5. Accordingly, the condition 5(iii) imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, Sivagangai District in Crl.M.P.No.741 of 2025, dated 18.03.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Thiruvadanai and appear and sign before Inspector of Police, Thiruvadanai Police Station, daily twice at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
