ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested on 15.04.2021 by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 13, 14 (1), 15 of Protection of Child From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Section 67-A and 67-B of Information Technology Act, 2000 in Crime No.09 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner uploaded and shared obscene videos of women and children through his facebook I.D and therefore, the victims approached the Department of National Central for Missing and Exploited Children (NCNEC) for taking action. Hence, the present case.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

5. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is at preliminary stage and he would strongly oppose for granting bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that investigation is at preliminary stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
