This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Crl.P.C.,to issue a direction, directing the 1st Addl. and District Sessions Judge,Trichy to consider the petitioner's bail application on the same day of her surrender in Crime No.15 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.T.Lenin Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Chandrasekar,Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondents No 1&2, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5292 of 2020, dated 07.05.2020 to the petitioner to surrender before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Trichy.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court, as directed by this Court on 07.05.2020.
