ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 02.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i) IPC 306 r/w 500 IPC and Section 4 TNPWH Act in Crime No.254 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3.The de-facto complainant had alleged that the petitioner is harassing and stalking her. The Inspector of Police, Valliyoor Police Station, Tirunelveli District, informs the Court that the petitioner is having three previous cases for various offences under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sections 376 r/w 511 IPC, 380 and 324 IPC.

4.Since the safety of woman is involved, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
