RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time granted to the petitioners for surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Padmanabhapuram in Crl.OP(MD).no.4629 of 2020 dated 16.3.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.NELSON, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 16.03.2020 anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to deposit Rs.25,000/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Chairman/District Collector, District Mineral Foundation Trust. He would further submit that though the petitioners have deposited the said amount, during the lock down period, they could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 16.03.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4629 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from 06.08.2020.
