ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set-aside the fair and decreetal order made in E.P.No.75 of 2012 in O.S.No.359 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Vedasandur, dated 12.12.2018. 1/3
2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner has paid the entire decree amount and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
