ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 20.02.2016, it essentially appears to be money transaction between the petitioner and the opposite party and in order to give criminal colour, a complaint has been given. It is also submitted by the learned Government Advocate that the complaint has been enquired into and the same has been closed. Hence, no positive direction as prayed for can be given.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with

liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
