O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner to produce the petitioner's daughter/detenu namely, Muthu, D/o.Pandi @ Paulpandi, aged about 17 years.

2.The matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this bench in the forenoon and the learned Mediator has submitted a report, wherein, the detenu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(minor girl) has agreed to join the third respondent. However, before recording the Mediation Report, we called the detenu and asked her whether she would wish to go along with the third respondent as per the Mediation Report. The detenu in no uncertain terms stated that she would go with her parents. 3.Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
