ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on petitioner's complaint dated 11.12.2015 and 14.12.2015 within the time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 18.12.2015 and the complainant and the proposed accused are brothers.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with

liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
