ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register the case based upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 09.02.2016, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 18.03.2016.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to send the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
