ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to pass order by directing the respondent No.1 to pass suitable order for change of investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 27.03.2023 from the file of the respondents to some other agency within the period stipulated by the Court.

2.Expressing the grievance over the delay in making the enquiry on the complaint dated 27.03.2023, this petition has been filed. Transfer of enquiry is not permissible under law. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that only on 27.03.2023, the above said complaint has been given due the difference of opinion between the Mediator and the above said complainant. It will be enquired within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional 2/4

Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to complete the process of enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
